In 2024, MigrationWork was approached by Refugee Café, a charity focused on supporting refugees and asylum seekers through employment opportunities in the hospitality sector. MigrationWork assisted the board in outlining future options for the charity’s direction. Our consultancy included desk research, interviews with board members, and facilitating a focus group to explore the charity’s values, activities, beneficiary needs, and resources.
